Student data is kept until the whole admissions procedure with the university where the student wishes to apply is complete. This may take one, two, or more admission cycles. Data is then deleted or destroyed once the cycle is completed, unless specific permission is given by students or there is a reason to maintain data for longer.
We ensure that when personal data is no longer needed for specified purposes, it is securely destroyed or anonymised in accordance with our data retention schedules and personal data destruction procedures.
